Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support client services efforts in healthcare advertising. The ideal candidate will implement and manage projects, communicate with internal teams, and manage project scope. • Monitoring workflow of assigned accounts.
• Maintaining account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, status reports).
• Serving as a point of contact for clients.
• Building rapport with clients.
• Processing signatures and client invoices.
• Understanding product category and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communication preferred).
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred.
• 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred.
• Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed.
