Associate Director - Investor Relations & External Communications

Job Description

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Director to join their Investor Relations and External Communications (IREC) group in New York City. The IREC group is a leader in providing IR services to biotechnology and healthcare companies. The Associate Director will support C-level executives and internal corporate communications departments, contributing to companies’ corporate strategy and IR programs.Role involves:

• Developing and executing investor relations programs.
• Tracking sector trends and analyzing data.
• Planning client events.
• Preparing client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
• Managing earnings calls, roadshows, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in investor relations.
• Familiarity with developing and executing an IR program.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
