Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Director of Analytic Consulting to lead and manage the delivery of advanced analytics and insights for pharmaceutical commercial strategies, with a focus on pricing and access strategy. The role involves active participation in business development, including pursuing leads, crafting proposals, pitching to clients, closing deals, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on seller-doer with a deep understanding of the pharma industry, market access, and commercial analytics.Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of analysts and consultants.
• Overseeing the design, execution, and interpretation of complex data analyses.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Supporting the sales team in crafting proposals and closing deals.
• Identifying new business development opportunities.
• Developing and implementing innovative analytical approaches.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior analysts.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, market access, or a related consulting role.
• Expertise in commercial analytics and key pharmaceutical industry data sets.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
