Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead for its Field Implementation team in Cologne. The role involves leading and supporting a team of Field Implementation Consultants, managing projects, interacting with clients, monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring quality.
- Leading and supporting a team of Field Implementation Consultants and Technicians
- Monitoring and managing the planning and execution of on-site implementations.
- Serving as a point of contact for escalations, resolving customer issues quickly and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Field Implementation Team using defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Effective resource planning to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensuring that all implementation solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as Team Lead or Manager in Field Implementation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical competence in the field of Field Implementation, ideally in the technology or retail sectors.
- Very good time management and organizational skills.
