• Monitoring clinical studies at investigative sites
• Ensuring studies are conducted per protocol and regulations
• Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies
• Training and mentoring junior staff
• Interacting with clients and participating in proposal activities

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry (2+ years for CRA II)
• Oncology experience is essential
• Availability for domestic travel (50-60% commitment)
