Lightspeed is seeking a Field Implementation Consultant to join their team in Paris. This role involves providing on-site service and technical assistance for Lightspeed's Point of Sale products, catering to the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and bars. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth go-live process and setting up strategic customers for success, representing Lightspeed in France.
Role involves:
- Traveling to customer locations to facilitate hardware implementation and provide technical support.
- Planning and organizing onsite training sessions with business owners, management, and staff.
- Guiding customers onsite through setup, implementations, and integrations.
- Installing/troubleshooting networking devices.
- Documenting and tracking customer installation, network details and schematics.
- Reporting installation progress.
- Managing schedule and collaborating with the Installation Coordinator
- Communicating with the development team regarding customer and product issues.
- Representing Lightspeed as a company ambassador.
- Using troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to handle multiple implementation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside the Field Sales team.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and self-educated.
- Fluent in French & English.
