Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/ Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Italy. This is a remote position where the employee will focus on an average of one to two studies, becoming a protocol expert. • Monitoring clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations.
• Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies (identifying investigators, preparing regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits).
• Training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Interacting directly with clients, initiating payments, and participating in proposal activities.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry (2+ years for CRA II, 3+ years for Senior CRA).
• Oncology experience.
• Availability for domestic travel (50-60% commitment).
• Fluency in English and the local language of Italy.
