Job Description

Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 8 years of experience, is seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join the Milliorize team. The Webflow Developer will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining websites with excellent UI, design performance, and content management. He will work closely with the Marketing team to bring the brand to life through high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. The ideal candidate will produce engaging online experiences for customers, potential customers, and the iGaming community.

• Design & develop software
• Refactor, improve and optimize code
• Troubleshoot and debug application code
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Collaboration with the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a full-time creative environment as a web developer
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Webflow
• Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc
• Expertise with SEO, including strong knowledge of keyword rankings
• Experience with Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Expertise in evolving web standards and best practices
• Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and collecting/reporting data
• Proficiency with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs
• Expertise in responsive layouts
• Exceptional technical problem-solving skills
• Extensive understanding of when and how to properly backlink
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development
• Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and energy to go above and beyond to achieve goals
• Knowledge of the iGaming and Casino industry
• Strong intermediate (written and spoken) level English (B1+)
