Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description

PlayStation, a global leader in entertainment and a subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Austin, TX. This role is a hybrid position.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the review, analysis, and approval of costs for the Software Technology & Operations Group. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-focused, with a strong background in financial modeling, cost accounting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading in managing, improving, and expanding network cost models.
• Analyzing monthly expenses to identify variances to forecast.
• Reviewing and tracking spend via the procurement process.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance roles.
• Experience in financial modeling, cost accounting, forecasting, consolidation is preferred.
• Prior experience in networking, cloud industry or related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Advanced excel skills are required.
