Lightspeed is seeking a Support Specialist to join their Retail Support team in Amsterdam. This role involves providing excellent customer support to webshop and store owners, acting as the first point of contact for assistance. The Support Specialist contributes directly to customers' business growth through exceptional service.

What this role involves:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Becoming an expert in Ecommerce & Retail through product knowledge.
  • Applying problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Participating in creating and maintaining troubleshooting procedures and documentation.
  • Sharing ideas to innovate and improve the business for the best customer experience.

Requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience in customer service with technical support.
  • Technical knowledge (MacOS, iPadOS HTML, CSS) or willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Ability to multitask and balance responsibilities from various sources.
  • Problem-solving and complex issue resolution skills.
  • Resourcefulness and teamwork abilities (minimum 3 days in the office).
