Sr Manager, Technical Project Mgmt

PlayStation is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of technical program managers and establish standards for quality project management. This role involves collaborating across the global Quality Engineering organization, handling 3rd party vendor management, and managing device inventory for the test team.

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in improving project delivery and ensuring world-class entertainment experiences.

This is a hybrid role with some opportunities for travel.

Role involves:

• Leading and growing a team of Quality Engineering TPMs.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.
• Defining and documenting project management and quality engineering processes.
• Collaborating with multi-functional leadership.
• Managing the budget for hardware devices and 3rd party tools.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Experience with hardware development schedules is a plus.
• Proficiency in Japanese language and experience with Japanese office culture desired.
