The manager will be responsible for creating seamless and secure solutions, ensuring exceptional user experiences, and fostering a productive engineering environment.Role involves:

• Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of engineers.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
