PlayStation is seeking a Staff HRIS Analyst to join their People Technology and Services team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing global enhancement projects related to Talent Acquisition systems. The Staff HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR business partners, recruiting operations, IT, and HRIS to prioritize system enhancements and drive standardization of recruiting processes.
The role involves:
Owning and managing the global project portfolio related to Talent Acquisition systems.
Driving standardization and globalization of recruiting processes.
Collaborating with HR business partners to prioritize system enhancements.
Leading discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
Managing and evolving the product roadmap.
Maintaining and improving integrations between existing Talent Acquisition System and other systems.
Providing functional leadership with expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
Serving as an escalation point for complex ServiceNow tickets.
Developing and maintaining training materials.
Requirements:
8+ years in Talent Acquisition technology.
7+ years of Workday functional experience, with emphasis on Recruiting, HCM, and Onboarding.
Experience in leading global projects and managing a product roadmap.
Strong track record of partner engagement and influence at various levels of an organization.
Experience as a process improvement advocate.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
