Job Description

PlayStation, a global leader in entertainment, is seeking a UX Designer to join their Enterprise UX team in London. The UX Designer will contribute to the evolution of the SIE Enterprise platform, used by internal teams across the organization. This role involves working with a distributed team to refine design standards and shape the future of PlayStation's internal tool ecosystem.

Role involves:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the PlayStation brand and services.
  • Collaborating in a cross-disciplinary product team.
  • Crafting design solutions from early conceptual stages through to product releases.
  • Creating user flows, clear function communication, and intuitive interfaces.
  • Collaborating transparently using sketches, service blueprints, user flows, and Figma prototypes.
  • Seeking and acting on design feedback.
  • Advocating for a user-centric approach.
  • Sharing and presenting designs.
  • Supporting UX design colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/Digital Product Designer, with experience working on Enterprise/B2B software products.
  • Proven track record in working through the entire design process.
  • Strong core UX crafting skills.
  • Experience with design systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commonly used web design patterns, standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Experience working closely with software product teams.
  • Some experience in Service Design.
  • Involvement in User Research and Usability Tests.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong soft skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing work and design process.
