Job Description
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to work on PlayStation products in San Mateo, CA. This role involves championing innovation by facilitating research projects and the cultivation of engineering ideas. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with product and cross-functional teams to evaluate story points, hold Scrums, perform capacity planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They will also be planning sprint releases, running sync-up meetings, and reporting to stakeholders with trends, insights, and forecasts regarding capacity planning, release timelines, and project performance through data analysis.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in project management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Experience with capacity planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
