Insights & Personalization Program Manager

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking an Insights & Personalization Program Manager to join PlayStation Studios. In this role, the individual will support two small teams – Game Analysts in North America and the Player Engagement Services team. The Program Manager will facilitate team level planning, support agile practices, and build relationships with stakeholders across various departments.

What this role involves:

• Facilitating team level planning and supporting teams with agile practices.
• Building relationships with stakeholders within marketing, publishing, production, and leadership.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to provide relevant planning and documentation for live service games.
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and impact in collaboration with engineering managers and the development team.
• Driving the creation and execution of integration project plans between central SIE teams and PlayStation studios.
• Parsing game development roadmaps and maintaining timelines with relevant milestones.
• Growing a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving culture within the teams.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and passion for data analysis/insights and video games.
• Relevant experience in a production, product, marketing, or project management role.
• Ability to influence multi-cultural teams and resolve misalignments.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience balancing multiple complex projects with varying deadline pressure.
• Experience running effective agile cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Track record of identifying and optimizing cross-functional processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
