Job Description
Naughty Dog is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to manage public-facing communications and content. The role involves working with Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) on marketing, public relations, events, promotions, and licensing campaigns. The Senior Communications Manager will also drive Naughty Dog’s owned-channel external communications and contribute to internal and external activities.
What this role involves:
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact with the global SIE organization.
  • Collaborating with SIE counterparts to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Managing assigned projects through completion and building feedback loops.
  • Serving as a spokesperson for Naughty Dog and its games to community and media.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Communications to develop communications strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, brand strategy, and/or related fields within the video game industry.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and content-creation abilities across a variety of mediums including written and video.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Drive, and social media platforms.
