Associate Build Service Analyst

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking an Associate Build Services Analyst to join their Engineering Services team in Malaysia. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting delivery pipelines, providing customer support, maintaining documentation, implementing automated build deliveries, recommending service improvements, maintaining reporting and metrics processes, deploying and maintaining delivery tools, coordinating asset capture, and collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and troubleshooting delivery pipelines.
• Providing customer support via Jira Service Desk.
• Updating and maintaining service and process documentation.
• Implementing automated build deliveries to QA staff and partners.
• Recommending and implementing service improvements.
• Maintaining and enhancing reporting and metrics processes.
• Deploying and maintaining approved delivery tools.
• Coordinating asset capture for IP Preservation.
• Collaborating with global teams.

Requirements include:

• Experience with file transfer software.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (XML, JSON, YAML, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of databases and data analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
