Lightspeed is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support key marketing initiatives and creative projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production or multidisciplinary marketing teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations, this role ensures the Motion and Experience Design (XD) teams are set up for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing motion design and website projects.
  • Turning briefs into actionable project plans.
  • Managing multiple marketing projects across teams.
  • Collaborating with project owners and marketing leaders to manage priorities.
  • Liaising with content creation, design, motion, growth, and marketing teams.
  • Ensuring projects are tracked using project management tools (JIRA and Monday.com).
  • Tracking progress and contributing to process improvement.

The requirements are:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Project or Creative Operations Management in Marketing.
  • Experience managing video production and website teams.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget discussions.
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com).
