Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to drive regional lead generation strategies for the Retail team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing in North America, the role involves designing, planning, and executing quarterly and yearly marketing roadmaps, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, acquire high-quality leads, and enable targeted selling.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Events Marketing Team for trade shows and events.
- Execute co-branded campaigns with Lightspeed partners.
- Optimize channel mix for effective audience reach and conversions.
- Implement digital brand awareness campaigns.
- Partner with sales to align campaigns with lead goals.
- Create compelling messaging and value propositions.
- Build a strong brand presence in industry publications.
- Collaborate with communications and PR for media placements.
- Analyze campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Ensure cohesive strategies with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, lead generation, and pipeline growth in tech/SaaS.
- Experience in retail tech or POS software (a plus).
- Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience executing digital and physical events.
- Strong understanding of co-marketing opportunities and partner enablement.
- Proficiency in tracking KPIs and ROI measurement using Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent cross-functional skills.
