Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of regional lead generation strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing in North America, the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will own the design, planning, and execution of quarterly and yearly marketing roadmaps. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand for Lightspeed Retail in North America and strengthen brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing in tech/SaaS
- Experience in retail tech or POS software is a strong plus.

- Analytical Skills and proficiency in tracking KPIs, ROI measurement, and using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo to derive actionable insights.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously.
- Excellent cross-functional skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Growth, Events, Product Marketing, PR, and Communications teams.
