Job Description
Clickatell is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to expand its Chat Commerce solutions in Nigeria. This role involves spearheading sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. The Director will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic plans, and execute targeted sales campaigns. They will introduce Clickatell's SaaS solutions, transforming customer engagement and realizing efficiencies.
Role Involves:
- Hunting for new clients through prospecting and networking.
- Managing existing clients and driving revenue growth through value identification and solution offerings.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree (NQF 7) in IT, Engineering, or Commerce; MBA is an advantage.
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 7 years at an Executive level.
- 5+ years of experience in running and motivating sales teams.
- Experience in the SaaS industry and solution sales.
- Proven experience in creating client business plans and managing account sales.
- Knowledge of mobile messaging and/or payments industry.
- Extensive network of decision-makers in corporate Nigeria.
