Job Description

saas.group is seeking a Customer Success & Support Manager to join their Timebutler team. Timebutler is a tool for managing time off and team availability. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and identify customer needs to propose solutions. They will also up- and cross-sell products, act as a liaison with marketing and tech teams, negotiate deals, and manage contract renewals. The role involves acting as an expert on review management and maintaining the CRM. The candidate will support the existing customer service team, handling inquiries in English and German.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and building strong relationships.
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing solutions.
  • Up- and cross-selling products.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, and managing contract renewals.
  • Acting as an expert on review management.
  • Keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Handling inquiries in English and German.

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a similar position.
  • Background in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in English and good written German language skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
