Senior Analyst, Channel Data services - Bangalore

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Senior Analyst for Channel Data Services to join their team in Bangalore. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for acquiring expert-level knowledge of solutions, products, and services deployed for customers. They will independently respond to customer tickets, partner queries, and internal communications, while ensuring seamless data handling for scheduled and unscheduled activities.Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer tickets and queries
• Working on data related to scheduled and unscheduled activities
• Adhering to tools and applications
• Ensuring on-time and accurate process and delivery
• Resolving Sev1 & Sev2 issues during non-business hours
• Working on complex customer queries and requests
• Training and guiding team members
• Supporting multiple customer operations
• Supporting automation drives through UAT
• Reviewing process steps and eliminating redundant manual touch points
• Creating metrics and advising customers on data trends
• Evaluating and conducting sessions on adopting new features
• Supporting SCR-related changes and implementing RPA and Python scripts

Requirements:

• Graduate/Masters from premier institute
• 1+ years of experience in data management and analytical field
• Excellent soft skills, comprehension, articulation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in different shift timings
• Outstanding analytics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team with diverse thoughts and dynamics
