Senior Integration Engineer

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to develop integration solutions using the e2open toolset. The role involves analyzing business functions and processes in relation to e2open solutions, with a major focus on data integration into and out of client back-office systems. The Senior Integration Engineer will define requirements, implement solutions for integrating client processes with e2open software and services, and assist in sizing, scoping, and cost estimation.Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures.
• Working with global customers on B2B integration projects involving technologies like EDI, RosettaNet, XML, and JSON.
• Engaging in multiple B2B projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, solution development, and user acceptance testing.
• Participating in client meetings and presenting issues and solutions.
• Maintaining and supporting projects during the post-implementation phase.
• Working as part of a global team and monitoring service requests.
• Creating and managing mapping specification documentation for the mapping engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a software environment.
• Experience in a supply chain environment preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Groovy, XQuery, etc.) desirable.
• Knowledge of message transport protocols (sFTP, AS2, IBM MQ, etc.) required.
• Knowledge of EDI required.
• Experience with multiple platforms desirable.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
