Job Description
E2open is seeking a Director, Solutions Consulting to join their PreSales Solution Consulting team. This role is remote within EMEA, ideally based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Austria. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, positioning E2open solutions to address business challenges. They will build relationships with customers, shape solution vision, and collaborate with internal resources to deliver presentations and workshops. The Director will also contribute to product vision and strategy by translating industry trends and customer needs into product roadmap requirements.

Role involves:
  • Understanding customer business needs and articulating E2open's value proposition.
  • Providing leadership throughout the sales process, including customer discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Supporting opportunity qualification and driving RFx responses.
  • Building relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Contributing to product vision and strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Supply chain management consulting or implementation experience.
  • Software pre-sales experience in enterprise business systems.
  • Knowledge of Supply Management Solutions.
