Lightspeed is seeking a results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead growth and lifecycle/customer marketing programs for the Financial Services portfolio. Reporting to the Global Lead of Product Marketing for Financial Services, this position will focus on driving growth, optimizing onboarding experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What this role involves:

  • Analyzing trends in adoption and usage of Financial Services products.
  • Driving ongoing experimentation and growth efforts to improve funnel performance.
  • Driving the execution of growth/lifecycle marketing programs that support business goals.
  • Optimizing the onboarding experience for new merchants onto Lightspeed Payments and Capital.
  • Building relationships throughout the organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiating and shaping new programs and ways of working across teams.
  • Supporting go-to-market planning and execution of key launches.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing, preferably with experience in either consumer apps / technologies, early stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiences
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed.
