Job Description
Carta is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator/Developer to enhance its enterprise finance systems. This role involves collaborating with Finance, AP, AR, and IT teams to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. The position acts as the primary internal system admin and support contact for NetSuite, Stripe, Zip, and other finance systems. They will also support the Zuora Billing/Revenue lead as needed.
Role involves:
- Estimating, designing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite configurations.
- Partnering with internal users for data analysis and process mapping.
- Providing ongoing system support and training to Finance users.
- Monitoring system usage and performance.
- Developing and implementing policies for data and system integrity.
- Managing the change and release process for finance applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, JavaScript, and SuiteScripts.
- Strong background in data analytics and database management.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Experience in project management and system integrations.
- Excellent communication skills.
