Job Description
Carta is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead a team of campaign and performance marketers. This role involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across all of Carta’s business units and audience segments. The Director will collaborate with various teams, including Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to align initiatives with product and sales goals. They will also leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of campaign marketers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation and campaign management.
  • Experience leading a campaigns or demand gen function.
  • Proficiency in full funnel awareness and demand generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with Ad networks, Marketing Automation and Attribution tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of ABM Platforms and DSPs.
  • BA required.
  • SaaS experience across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments strongly preferred.
