Lightspeed is seeking a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to join their global SaaS Systems Administration team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of the latest IT and SaaS technologies, supporting the organisation's growth. This role involves collaborating with other SaaS Systems Administrators for the end-to-end management and execution of Lightspeed's IT platforms, third-party systems, and security needs, while also closely working with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.

What this role involves:

  • Providing technical support for complex issues.
  • Maintaining and improving Lightspeed’s core IT and SAAS services.
  • Collaborating with IT team members to solve complex issues and lead IT projects.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define strategic needs and architect solutions.
  • Automating processes using a low-code/no-code platform (Workato).
  • Integrating and automating SaaS via API.
  • Configuring SAML applications.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective security systems.
  • Developing audit-proof systems and records.
  • Supporting the evaluation and implementation of new enterprise technologies.
  • Monitoring system alerts, logs, and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Desk technology and ITIL/ITSM.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM), OneLogin Identity and Access Management (IAM), and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting large environments of Macbooks and Windows users.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise environments.
  • Programming experience with low-code/no-code environments (Workato).
  • Programming experience with Bash, Python and/or Powershell.
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining various technology components.
