Carta is seeking an Account Executive to drive ANZ expansion from Sydney. This role involves building the market and supporting Carta's cap table and equity management ecosystems in the Asia Pacific region. The Account Executive will work closely with a dynamic team, focusing on go-to-market strategies and becoming an expert in private markets and venture capital operations. They will educate potential clients on the benefits of Carta's software solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating the business impact of software to decision-makers
Understanding customer needs and acting as a trusted advisor
Driving revenue through strategic outbound prospecting
Owning the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
Developing a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role
Experience outbound prospecting via phone, SMS, and email
Experience managing a pipeline and closing sizable deals
Self-starter, humble, problem-solver, and adaptable to change
Excels in both personal ambition and collaborative teamwork
