Lightspeed is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator for a 9-month fixed-term position in Amsterdam. The role supports the People & Culture function for the Netherlands and Belgium, reporting to the People Business Partner. The coordinator will manage the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data, and assist with employee programs.

Role Involves:

  • Employee lifecycle support and administration for the Benelux region.
  • Collaboration with office management, IT, Recruitment and People Business Partners.
  • Performing audits on system information to ensure data integrity.
  • Assisting in coordination of employee programs.
  • Providing general administrative support to the People team.
  • Contributing to broader organizational objectives.
  • Identifying process improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a HR or an office administrative role.
  • Experience with Google drive, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, Google sheets or similar software
  • Basic understanding of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements and the differences across Benelux.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Acute eye for detail.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of employee data.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving HR-related issues.
