Job Description
Roofstock is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the excellent condition of rental properties in Norcross, Georgia. This role requires a self-motivated and technically skilled individual who is highly customer-focused and technologically proficient. The Service Technician will service multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained both inside and out.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, units, and homes.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes.
  • Ensure HVAC systems are functioning correctly.
  • Complete internally managed service requests.
  • Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections of vendor work.
  • Remove and dispose of trash as needed.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies.
  • Serve as Roofstock’s ambassador, posting legal notices and inside maps.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Two or more years of building maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency with tools (hammer, screwdrivers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use tracking and communication systems.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends if needed.
