Job Description
Roofstock is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to drive operational efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a structured, analytical mindset and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, reporting to the CPO and working closely with leadership to shape business initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives.
- Leading cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, product, and finance.
- Analyzing business performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting the integration of new business initiatives.
- Managing the development and execution of strategic projects and operational plans.
- Introducing frameworks and methodologies to enhance decision-making.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputable institution or relevant business experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to transition from strategic advisory roles to operational leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of business operations within prop-tech and/or fintech.
