Job Description
Amplitude, a leading digital analytics platform, is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue in collaboration with its top solution and technology partners in LATAM. The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for LATAM partner pipeline creation and partner sales contribution. This role involves prioritizing partner recruitment, building predictable sourced pipeline, and developing partner business plans to ensure repeatable sales pipeline. The Partner Sales Manager will coordinate co-marketing efforts and work closely with sales leadership to align field sellers and partners for mutual success. This role is on the global partner team and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, programs & operations, and enablement to ensure partner success.
  • Aligning with Sales leadership to develop a partner strategy for the territory.
  • Co-creating partner plans with regional partners to enable field activities.
  • Building partner-sourced and assisted pipeline in the territory.
  • Being a trusted advisor to AEs and making working with partners easy.
  • Pre-qualifying partners on opportunities they source.
  • Preparing partners to productively meet with Amplitude AEs.
  • Activating new partners in the region to broaden and enhance Amplitude’s platform.
  • Tracking joint sales pipeline and attending internal forecast calls.
  • Must have at least 5-8 years of experience in Partner, Sales, or Channel Development roles
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, growing and managing partner-sourced pipeline in mid-size and enterprise market segments
  • Use data to make decisions about priorities, and focus on outcomes over activities
  • Solve complex problems and design processes, a doer with a bias for execution
  • Knowledge of the Product Management or Analytics, Experimentation & Growth landscape is preferred. You might have worked in the industry or have a passion for learning
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to build new partnerships, create new categories, and make an impact
  • A passion for collaborating with colleagues in a team centric environment.
