Senior SEO Content Specialist

Job Description

Aspire is seeking a Senior SEO Content Specialist to drive organic traffic growth in Hong Kong. Aspire is a leading all-in-one financial operating system empowering innovators and entrepreneurs.This role involves:

• Driving SEO content production for the Hong Kong market in Traditional Chinese and English.
• Owning the delivery of organic growth for the Hong Kong market.
• Generating increasing online signups and leads to acquire new customers.
• Using market, competitor, and keyword research to build a prioritized content plan.
• Working with internal and outsourced resources to publish content at scale.
• Using tools like Ahrefs for research and opportunity forecasting.
• Developing Aspire's expertise to deeply understand the product and target audience.
• Measuring and reporting content performance to iterate and optimize results.
• Adhering to internal guidelines and processes to ensure compliance.
• Sharing market insights with the rest of the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Strategically minded and able to shape a plan to deliver results.
• Curious and able to identify problems and solutions independently.
• Highly process-driven, analytical, and conscientious.
• 3-4 years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of best practices.
• Experienced in using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4).
• Based in Hong Kong (understanding of the startup scene is a plus) or have HK market knowledge.
• Fluent in Traditional Chinese and English.
• Ability to understand Aspire’s needs and organize workstreams and projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• A background in a B2B company would be a significant advantage.
• Hands-on, growth-mindset, target and deadline driven team-player.
