Channel Partnerships Manager

Job Description

Aspire is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to drive business growth through its channel partners portfolio in Hong Kong. Aspire is a leading all-in-one financial operating system empowering innovators and entrepreneurs. The Channel Partnerships Manager will work closely with the GM of Hong Kong and the Head of Partnerships to design, implement, and manage the channel partnership strategy, taking ownership of new business and revenue across the partnership channel.Responsibilities include:

• Acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Developing strategic relationships with key channel partners with key focus on driving customer acquisition
• Educating, enabling, and empowering partners on all things Aspire.
• Measuring and reporting the performance of partnerships, gain insights and improvise.
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program.

Minimum requirements include:

• 5 years of experience dealing with channel partnerships or business development in a bank, fintech or B2B tech company
• Proven track record of driving growth and partnerships strategies
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Possesses analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
