Product Director, Treasury

Job Description

Aspire is seeking a Product Director, Treasury to oversee financial risk and safeguarding aspects of external product development and lead internal system enhancements. This role acts as the key liaison between the Treasury/Finance department and the Product team, ensuring that risk management, safeguarding, and internal system needs are effectively addressed. The Product Director will also serve as the product owner for internal treasury system development and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Finance/Treasury and Product Management roles.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements related to safeguarding customer funds.
• Proven ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications and drive product development from a finance perspective.
• Experience as a product owner for internal systems development or upgrades, particularly in the context of finance or treasury management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and startups.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial risk management software.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
