Job Description

Hello Heart is seeking a Business Development professional to join their team in Tel Aviv. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective sourcing, development, and delivery of high-quality hardware products.

• Managing hardware manufacturing, balancing cost, quality, and regulatory needs.
• Leading contract negotiations with vendors and partners.
• Overseeing the hardware lifecycle from prototyping to manufacturing.
• Addressing quality issues and supply chain problems.
• Building relationships with hardware and software vendors.
• Tracking hardware trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or product operations.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize vendor relationships.
• Experience in hardware manufacturing and product sourcing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare, FDA approvals, and regulatory processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
