Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Designer to collaborate and deliver UX experiences across the Hospitality product team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced UX Designer comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Product Designer will set UX goals and strategy, build trust-based relationships, and improve how the team ships impactful work.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading high-level project work from a design perspective.
- Leveraging UX expertise and understanding of design systems and UI design.
- Turning concepts into useful and delightful digital product experiences.
- Designing holistic systems, flows, and interfaces.
- Ensuring consistency across platforms and contributing to the design system's improvement.
- Drawing insights from research and data.
- Building relationships and advocating for the user.
- Overseeing the UX from conception to launch.
- Being a positive role model and advocate for design.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
- Applied experience with service design practices.
- Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills.
- Fluency in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- Passion for sharing design strategies.
- Acute self-awareness and deep empathy.
- Deep curiosity and ability to consider product strategy and vision.
- Fluency with product, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA.
- English language fluency.
