Job Description
Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President, Client Experience to manage client relationships and lead activations for well-known brands. The Vice President will be a key point of contact for clients and will work across an integrated account team. They will also be involved in business development, strategic program planning, and creative concept development. The ideal candidate will have agency or consulting experience in the food and beverage or CPG categories.
Role involves:
- Managing client relationships
- Leading breakthrough activations
- Strategic program planning
- Developing creative concepts
- Coaching team members
- Offering counsel to clients
Requirements:
- 8-10 years’ experience in agency, PR/Communications
- Experience in Integrated Media Strategy and Media Relations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management, or related field
- Passion for earned media
- Understanding of the changing media landscape
- Ability to turn ideas into workable plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for budgets and financial analysis
