Vice President, Research

Job Description

KRC Research is seeking a Vice President to join their Washington, DC team. The VP will be responsible for driving business growth, leading research engagements, and managing teams. This role combines client leadership with a focus on business development.

The role involves:

• Securing new business revenue through leads and proposals
• Cultivating new revenue streams within existing accounts
• Serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients
• Overseeing large-scale research projects
• Managing and mentoring senior staff
• Participating in firm-building initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 12+ years of market research experience
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Success in new business development
• Strong comprehension of healthcare, financial, agriculture, tech, CPG & consumer sectors
• Ability to lead teams and develop talent
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
