Associate Finance Analyst

Job Description

Momentum Worldwide is seeking an Associate Finance Analyst to manage the financial aspects of their client portfolio. This role involves overseeing commercial agreements, reporting, and daily financial activities. The Analyst will support the finance team and business leads in delivering financial reports, reconciliations, and staff plan pricing to clients. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the financial health of client accounts.
• Running reports for month-end close, focusing on revenue recognition.
• Reviewing staff plans and program estimates for accuracy and compliance.
• Tracking outstanding and approved program estimates.
• Running budget and forecast reports to monitor project burn.
• Supporting client budget reporting, audit requests, and data collection.
• Managing cash flow and reviewing vendor payment requests.
• Facilitating communication with domestic and international offices.
• Reviewing employee reimbursable expenses and travel requests.
• Maintaining files and contracts for the Finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
