Job Description
Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President, Business Marketing to join their team. This role is part of Weber Advisory and focuses on integrated digital marketing strategy and execution. The position operates on a hybrid model, combining remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, solutions-oriented, and passionate about digital innovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies
- Executing digital engagement campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Conducting research for market landscape, persona, competitor, content, and target audiences
- Serving as a lead business marketing strategist for key clients and internal teams
- Brainstorming and pitching compelling ideas for performance marketing campaigns
- Informing the development of creative and editorial assets
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets and staffing
- Overseeing internal teams on editorial planning, content development, paid media, and social strategy
- Supporting new business development efforts
Requirements include:
- 10-12 years' experience
- Previous experience with a digital marketing or digital agency
- Experience within energy, technology, manufacturing, healthcare/pharma, or similar verticals
- Expertise in B2B and/or integrated digital campaigns
- Background in demand gen, lead gen, sales enablement, ABM and email marketing
- Experience with B2B automation platforms and MarTech tools
- Experience working with creative and/or technical teams
- Success in participating in the new business process
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity and comfort working with senior-level clients
- Experience in managing/providing oversight for junior or mid-level team members
