Experiential Manager (Lifestyle Partnerships) (Payment Services Client)

Job Description

Octagon is seeking an Experiential Manager to join their Lifestyle team, focusing on Culinary + Arts & Culture properties. This role involves overseeing events, managing partner and vendor relationships, and executing activations to deliver top-tier experiences for the client's brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with various lifestyle sponsorship properties.
• Providing recommendations to optimize sponsorship assets to meet client objectives.
• Coordinating with teammates to ensure sponsorship asset fulfillment and event logistics.
• Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, venue operators, and sponsorship partners.
• Overseeing on-site elements, including dining events, food & beverage, venue needs, décor, A/V, and brand integration.
• Managing day-to-day operations of sponsorship planning, including logistics, vendor management, client deliverables, and budgets.
• Assisting with finance paperwork and documentation.
• Attending events as a main point of contact.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience within an agency or client service, and event planning.
• Passion for lifestyle culture, food, travel, and the arts.
• Comfortable presenting in front of clients.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Some budget management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
