Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Retail product team in Yerevan, Armenia. This role involves setting the strategic direction and leading the design and launch of core AI-driven features that help merchants save time. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and eager to make a global impact.
Core Responsibilities:
- Crafting feature and scope definitions.
- Prioritizing and managing the team’s work backlog.
- Creating product delivery plans and requirements.
- Driving the implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap.
- Gathering insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends.
- Evaluating new product concepts.
- Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams for product launches.
- Defining and tracking metrics for product success.
- Communicating value delivery to diverse audiences.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in product management for SaaS products at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in product management and development life cycles.
- Experience applying AI to deliver value to customers.
- Proficiency in leading and managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong ability to facilitate discovery, solutioning, and alignment discussions.
- Solid understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping.
- Experience with market research tools and techniques.
- English at C1 level or higher.
