VP of Client Delivery

Job Description

STEM Healthcare is seeking a VP of Client Delivery to be a strategic partner and operational driver for the President of Japan. This role focuses on operational excellence, aligning with the global operation team, and improving team member capabilities for project delivery.STEM Healthcare is a dynamic, fast-paced global pharmaceutical and life sciences strategic benchmarking firm. They have developed an audit process and built a benchmarking database with face-to-face observations across 52 countries. STEM accelerates performance, improves strategic alignment, and facilitates excellence in marketing, medical, market access, and account plans strategy execution.Role involves:

• Working with the President of Global Operations to identify best practices.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Leading project delivery when needed.
• Providing operational leadership to project management, analysis, and field operation teams.
• Contributing to P&L management and business planning.

Requirements:

• In-house Pharma Sales Management, Marketing Management, Business Unit Head, or management consultant experience.
• Senior-level management and leadership experience.
• Results-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ambitious with good leadership skills.
