Clinical Field Specialist, CT

Job Description

Heartflow is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist, CT to optimize customers’ imaging programs and workflows by assisting with the proper use of Heartflow products. This role involves traveling to customer sites to deliver training and build relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other customer representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized.
• Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance quality acceptance rates.
• Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists.
• Establish credibility and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper records and documentation are maintained in Heartflow systems.
• Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest CT and Workstation technology innovations.
• Build and execute on plans to proactively optimize customer performance.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT is required.
• Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in building relationships.
• Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology.
