Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Recommendations to lead a dynamic team in uncovering and capitalizing on business opportunities. This role involves deeply understanding customer needs, crafting strategic plans, executing product roadmaps, and monitoring the impact of initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Lead a squad to create recommendation flows for our customers.
- Participate in the identification of our product's users' needs internally and externally.
- Be an expert in customer problems and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure the visibility, accessibility, and management of our products.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of our flagship product.
- Update and Evangelize the roadmap.
- Facilitate fast decision-making.
- Measure meaningful data points.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Deep insight into business requirements.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong written and spoken English.
