Job Description
Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (German Speaking) to join their sales team in Berlin. This role involves managing a portfolio of hospitality industry customers, focusing on growing their businesses through Lightspeed's Financial Services solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Outbound Sales and Account Management within the Payments/FinTech sector.Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional sales and account management by introducing merchants to Lightspeed Capital.
  • Building strong relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying financial service opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue and customer growth.
  • Consistently achieving sales targets through strategic account management and collaboration with regional sales leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within financial services.
  • Track record of high performance and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Professional confidence when engaging with executives and decision-makers.
  • A passion for continuous learning, feedback, and improvement.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive success.
